Meet Noah
Hailing from Rosses Point, Ireland, Noah was raised in a sailing family and began racing at five, competing nationally and internationally in Mirrors, GP14s, and J24s. A qualified keelboat and advanced dinghy instructor, he taught at his local club before skippering in Croatia for Armada and Yacht Week. Now, he’s eager to bring his Irish heritage and sailing expertise to the Caribbean, where he also enjoys surfing and fishing.

Meet jorja
Originally from a Scottish fishing town, Jorja's love for hospitality started in local seafood restaurants. She refined her skills as a hostess, mixologist, and barista while studying Sustainable Development at The University of Edinburgh. After managing a lodge in Malawi and traveling extensively, she attended culinary school in London. Now, as a chef and hostess on the Belle Vie catamaran in Croatia, Jorja blends her passion for the sea, travel, and creating memorable dining experiences.
